Processes
Brief → sign-off → ticket
Every build starts as a written brief I approve. The AI turns it into a ticket with goal, scope, acceptance criteria and a way back.
Small phases
Work runs in 30–60 minute phases, each one saved. A blocker never leaves a half-finished job.
Checked, then done
Nothing counts as done until it is checked: the files are there, the build passes, the acceptance criteria are met. Test first, live later.

I own the process. AI is one option inside it, never the only one — where a person, a checklist or an existing system does the job better, that is what I use.

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Manus work from one structured knowledge base, so every answer is grounded in verified context and decisions stay consistent.

AI drafts and proposes. Nothing goes live, gets sent or gets deleted without my sign-off.

Unknowns are marked as unknown, never made up. Sensitive data stays inside the EU/EEA.

Not an extra, a rule: every process, tool and AI use is checked against GDPR and the EU AI Act. This page itself loads no outside fonts, trackers or scripts.
